Hi, my phone was stolen and it had the app available. It shouldn't be a problem but the thief made me give the passcode and I cannot format it remotely. He has my phone with my apps still logged in. I'd like to revoke authenticator app on that phone but, I can't find where I can do it

Yes, I can't remove it from Find My device on apple because they disabled that so it's no longer possible for me to delete the content remotely. That's why I need to log out the authenticator app
Adding Authenticator to your new device doesn't automatically remove the app from your old device. Even deleting the app from your old device isn't enough. You must both delete the app from your old device AND tell Microsoft or your organization to forget and unregister the old device.
