    @Anonymous
    Thank you for your post!

    • From the login page that you're seeing, can you select I can't use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now? If your company supports other authentication methods, you should be able to leverage either email or phone to complete your sign-in.
    • Do you still have the Microsoft Authenticator app in order to log-in to your account? If not, you can select I can't use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now, and follow the prompts to fill out the Microsoft account recovery form.
    • Do you have a company account (i.e. user@Jit .com) or co-worker that can log-in, and remove your Outlook user from your companies tenant?

    Since your employment ended today, I'd recommend reaching out to your previous manager, co-worker(s), or the Tech Support team via the https://help.ais.com URL, since they should be able to help remove your Outlook user from the company tenant, so you can log-in again.

    If you're completely locked out and your previous employer isn't able to help, you can reach out to our Azure Data Protection team for further assistance - (866-807-5850), or our Global Customer Service Team.

    If you have any other questions, please let me know.
    Thank you for your time and patience throughout this issue.
