How to give access to teacher staff to create thier class Team?

Some of our Teacher staff member cant create class team , there is no options coming when they click create Team.Although they have Faculty and Student Licence.How to give them access to create their class team?

Go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, select "Users" and locate the user accounts of the teacher staff members.

Under "Roles," ensure they have the appropriate roles assigned, such as "Education Educator" or similar.
