I find then when I boot my PC, say maybe 10% of the time, I will get a longer than usual boot into desktop, followed by my Windows Explorer displaying the loading circle that spins endlessly. Despite attempts through task manager, explorer does not seem to be able to get into a stable state. This obviously causes issues, and the only way that I seem to be able to remedy the issue is by restarting the PC which will result in a normal fast boot into windows without this issue.

Below I will include images of the Reliability Monitor result from all the attempts of restarting Explorer, as well as the Description tab. Hoping anyone might be able to shed some light on what might be happening here. Error appears to be AppHangB1 for explorer.exe with the same additional issue codes.![193653-reliability-monitor-photo.png

Try run Windows Update and download and install all updates.
Open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
Try update your graphic card driver.
Try perform a Clean Boot and see if the problem persist?
    Take a look at:

If not enable service one by one to identify which one causing this problem.
