why do i keep getting a security pop up? i cannot log in and it KEEPS COMING BACK?

I keep getting a request to log in and i cannot . If i cancel the message, it keeps coming back. this started when i bought Microsoft 365 - another reason to feel enormous frustration with microsoft. WHERE can one get support????
