About the Noise Supression option use in Teams productions certification measurement on ACQUA?

Hi,Microsoft:
Do you have any requirement about the Noise Supression option use during test the measurements in ACQUA when the product do the Microsoft Teams Certification?In recently,we found it is easy fail when turn on NS feature on Teams client on v1.5.00.9163 version,for example send distortion&single frequency interferece SND,and the send delay almost 800ms,if turn off NS,it will pass and delay is about 200ms,in previous,only happen on measurements send distortion,but in recently more and more measurements fail,need turn off,i don't know what's the requirments during Teams certification about the NS option?when should turn on or turn off?

So do you mean you have a product and are doing the test to try submitting the product for the Certified for Microsoft Teams program?
Regarding your concern about the requirement of the Noise Suppression option, I tried searching around but so far cannot find any official document stating if there's any specific requirement about when this option should be turned on or off. It's only mentioned in this article that, "Off" is used for "high-fidelity microphones in low noise environments". -

Yes ,i mean a product doing the test for Certified for Microsoft Teams program.
I heard from AST Lab who do the certification for Microsoft Teams program,always setting in Auto mode,but when the measurements fail,can turn off,then test again.and i see some document mentioned that set in Low mode,but it seems not official,so just do it as AST lab said right? -

Yes. I checked this official document and noticed that AST Lab is listed as one of the Certification labs in the table, which means it's one of the companies that have been trained and are approved to complete testing on behalf of these programs. So agree with you on following their suggestions when doing the test.
