An AD account was disabled from AD. But it did not delete the mailbox in cloud as usual. The mailbox in cloud is still there . And we are seeing this error on the account in cloud: Exchange: Failed to sync the ArchiveGuid 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 of mailbox 5**************uu because one cloud archive 0**1***36666666****** already exists..;

    Disabling an AD account does not result in deleting the corresponding Azure AD user or any associated mailbox. If that is your goal, you need to delete the on-premises account or move it out of scope of dirsync. Make sure to sort out any dirsync errors in the process.
    Also, depending on whether a hold is active on the mailbox, the deletion might result in provisioning an Inactive mailbox instead.

    @SJ109

    I want to confirm with you how this mailbox was created and how do you disable it. I will try to reproduce this one in my lab.
