Merge achievements from MEC to Microsoft Learn

Question

I would like to merge my achievements from my MEC previous profile to my new Microsoft Learn profile. As I have changed institutions I no longer have access to the University email in which I had various achievements such as MIE Trainer status. Can I put in a request for Microsoft to merge my MEC account to Microsoft Learn?
