FSLogix and Run As Different User

We have a VMWare Horizon View VDI non-persistent environment (Windows 10 21H2) and are trying to migrate from Roaming Profiles to FSLogix profiles. The VM's are primarily used by support staff to access management tools and functions.
For the most part it seems to be working well and logins are way faster (the main reason for the switch).
The users are required to log in with there non-administrative accounts for security reasons. The problem is that when users do a 'Run As' (either selecting 'different user' or 'administrator'), the system does not load the FSLogix profile the way roaming profiles do, so settings for all of the tools being used are back to defaults and changes are not saved from session to session. A local profile for the administrative user is created locally, but these are non-persistent desktops so they disappear from session to session.

Am I missing something, or is this something FSLogix does not support?
