account moving from one account to another account.

how can move or copy our Azure one account to another account . If incase we use azcopy how can we download that much of big size of VHD file.

Q.1.) I want to copy an azure resource group from one subscription to another subscription .
Q.2.) I want to copy an azure resource group from one azure tenant to another azure tenant account.
