Update Windows 10 version 1909 to version 21H2

Question

Can I Update Windows 10 version 1909 to version 21H2 (latest)?

Then Please send the useful steps to do that...

By changing windows version 1909 to 21H2 does it removes all files(music, videos, software,etc.) present in my laptop or it is safe, nothing will be deleted.

Now I am not getting critical updates for windows version 1909.

Please anybody give suggestion regarding this matter.

Please try installing the latest feature update manually and let us know.

The fastest way to get the upgrade is through the Media creation tool or ISO file.

Please download the Media Creation Tool and select "Upgrade this PC now".

If the update fails, let us know the error code, and run the Setupdiag tool. Post the outcome of the same.

Updating your computer to the latest version will not delete anything in your computer.

Here are the steps you can try.

-Press Windows key + X

-Go to Settings

-Click Update and Security

-Click Troubleshooter then Additional troubleshooter.

-Look for Windows Update and run the troubleshooter.

Once done , go to this link and download the tool to reset the Windows Update Components.

After following those steps, restart your computer and try to check and install updates.

If the issue persists, you can perform Repair Upgrade , , it will repair and replace damaged system files. This will also update your computer to the latest version of Windows.

Step 1: Download the Microsoft Media Creation Tool.
