Unread messages count not showing on owa public folders

Hi,

I'm using Exchange server 2019, the public folders are added to outlook Add to favourite and able to see the unread message count. But from the OWA unread messages count not showing for public folders emails.

Please let me know, how to get unread message count in OWA for public folder items.

    Hi @Binosh Thomas ,

    Based on my test , I reproduced this issue in my lab. It seems to be a by-design behavior.
    Thus if possible , please consider using Outlook for Windows instead if you would like to get the count of the unread messages in public folder.
