@Sahil Sawant Thank you for your interest in Azure Communication Services (ACS) and their required IP address range.

We verified with the product group that the documentation is accurate and this listing of IP addresses is necessary due to the convergence of Azure technologies that are built into ACS and the fact that the service can run across multiple regions. You will need to allow media traffic IP ranges listed in the .json file for the optimal experience.

The product group did verify that they are working to reduce the number of IP addresses needed. For future updates on this change, please keep an eye on the ACS blog and the Azure roadmap site.

Lastly, while we have brought this feature request to the attention of the product group and received verification that they are working on it, we always encourage customers to post their product ideas on Azure Feedback, which the product group actively monitors. It also allows others in the ACS community to chime in if they share in your ideas.

Please let us know if you have further questions or concerns.
