Problem with requesting open shifts

Good afternoon

We are experience o major problem with open shifts. Some employees are not able to apply for open shifts on their mobile devices. Looks like this Apple users are experience this issue. Also after sharing the schedule all existing requests are disappearing from Teams.
I will be appreciated if any one will come back to me ASAP as we running our major schedule using Teams.

Is there any error message when these users try to apply for open shifts?
Does it affect all "Apple users" or there are still some who have no issue? Are they using the same version of iOS and Teams app?
And if these affected users apply for open shifts on Teams desktop client or via Teams web client, will the issue be reproduced?

Also after sharing the schedule all existing requests are disappearing from Teams.

Does this occur to a particular schedule or it can be reproduced on each one? Besides, since this seems like a different issue from the problem with requesting open shifts, it's recommended to start a new thread for this one to discuss them separately. Thanks for your understanding.

Is there any error message when these users try to apply for open shifts?
No, there is no message when someone is trying to apply. Request button is showing but it's unable to press when users try to apply for open shifts

Does it affect all "Apple users" or there are still some who have no issue? Are they using the same version of iOS and Teams app?
I have got no exactly info on above. I have android phone and there is no problem to apply for n open shifts. All users who are experience this problem uninstalled and installed Teams again but that didn't resolve problem

And if these affected users apply for open shifts on Teams desktop client or via Teams web client, will the issue be reproduced?
Some users are able apply using Teams on PC and some don't.

Does this occur to a particular schedule or it can be reproduced on each one?

Is it a suddenly occurred issue? In other words, Apple users were able to request open shifts on this schedule before, right?
If this is the case, was there any change made on their mobile devices recently? For example, have they just applied updates to Teams app on mobile phones right before the issue started?

Besides, if possible, it would be better if you can help collect the information mentioned earlier which might be helpful to troubleshoot further.

Yes, worked absolutley fine until last Tuesday.

if possible, it would be better if you can help collect the information mentioned earlier which might be helpful to troubleshoot further.

From what I can tell, it's an iPhone only issue and has been affecting users who are running ios 15.4.1 and MS Teams 4.6.1.

Users can still you a desktop to apply for shifts.
