Application instance is duplicated

Question

Currently I'm having a bot that will post to my channel for a set of interval.
Last week my bot was down for 2 days so I restarted it and my bot is duplicated. It will post a message twice, and when I'm checking my server log I found there're 2 instances of my bot were running.
So for temporary solution, I change from 2 instance to 1 instance in App Service Plan.

@Khoana11 While we are unable to see the logs for your app service to verify exactly what happened, the product group did acknowledge a similar behavior from a few other customers. They have identified the issue and have rolled out a patch to prevent this from happening again.
