Please help: Access Denied

Access Denied

    Maybe try resetting your browser or login incognito and try again?

    @Hui Liu-MSFT Could you help me with this question? I feel depressed when I complete all edits and post the question, only get an error message access denied. Yesterday, I locate the error by Binary Search :( at last, I know it is in inserting the code sample. I can only insert the two lines of codes at the beginning. If I inserted the third line code HWND hwnd = CreateWindowEx(....); and post the question, I got that error. It is weird.
