Hi MohamedAyoub-8140,
This may occur when all fonts are inexplicably deleted from the system or have become unavailable for some reason.
Please check the following Registry entry.
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\FontAssoc\Associated Charset]
The correct keys and values are:
"ANSI(00)"="YES"
"OEM(FF)"="YES"
"SYMBOL(02)"="NO"
If the issue persists, change your non-Unicode program setting.
- Click Start, run intl.cpl from Start Search box.
- Click the Administrative tab.
- Click “Change system local”. Choose the correct language.
If you're not able to do the above because the symbols are unreadable in the registry, please try transferring all of your fonts from another PC to your troublesome server.
If you can't do either of the above, you may need to consider restoration from a backup or ultimately a rebuild of the OS.
