I desperately need help! I don't know why or how my authenticator signed out my business account, but when I try to sign it it says it doesn't exist, but I cannot login to said account on my laptop because it requires me to accept through the authenticator app. I'm at a complete loss, and there seems to be no contact information for supper to recover this! It just says contact your administrator, but I am the admin, I have only one account set up. I don't understand! Please help!

    Hello @Stephanie Swikehardt

    Thanks for your post.

I would like to gather you some guidance on this concern but I need to know few details first...

-Is your business account a Microsoft account o any other?
-Did you log in on a web browser(PC device) or mobile phone?
-when you stated you are the administrator.... Are you an IT admin/Azure Active Directory admin?
-Have you try to use any Trusted Device to log in to your account? >>"A previous device used for log in to your business account"
-Have you ever configured an email account to backup your MS authenticator data before?
-Do you save previously any backup code for this specific account? So, you can bypass the MS authenticator by using it

Looking forward to hear back from you...

    BR,
