Azure keeps billing me

A few months ago, Azure kept billing me although I really do not remember what happened to have subscription to a service I don't know about or even understand. After a couple of invoices coming to me with one even paid automatically by my visa card without my intervention, I reached support.

The support was efficient indeed, canceled all subscriptions and reversed all bills. Today, however, I received a new bill about azure service. I don't know what to do. How can I ask for the entire deletion of the azure account?

Any help from Microsoft?

    I am wondering how you got your AZ subscription... Was this from any partner o did you get any azure plan?

    Issue resolved through a support ticket with azure. They reversed the bill and said they ensured no active subscription is payable at my account there.

    When having issues like this, always create a support ticket.
