Multi tenant architecture and landing zones

I am new to Microsoft Azure, so it might be a very trivial question.
In a multi tenant architecture, do different tenants share the same landing zone? If no, at what hierarchical level of tenants they are created?

Hi @Atrey Dad What do you mean by landing zone? Multitenancy is an architecture where multiple tenants share the same physical instance of the app.

By landing zone I mean the underlying core configuration which we set during the cloud adoption. Reference - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cloud-adoption-framework/ready/landing-zone/

What I wanted to understand is that, in a multitenancy architecture, do different tenants share the same landing zone and its configuration, or we can set different landing zone for different tenants.
