In Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Person records (also called Contacts) in the system have activities related to them (Emails, Phone Calls, Tasks, Appointments, Letters, ect...) the system allows you to attach a document to each of these activities but the only way to view the attachment is to open an activity which can become tedious when you've created 100 activities and can't remember which activity you attached the specific document you're looking for to. My question is, is there a central repository for these attachments, meaning can I view a list of JUST attachments related to a Person record without having to open each individual activity?
