Request to reimburse invoice billing for Azure Cloud service

I need help. I have received invoice with invoice number G009859796 through my outlook email dated on 11-April-2022 for the Azure usage for the past 2 months, but I have not been using this Cloud service. In fact, I found my account in Azure has been disabled. Can you tell me why do I still receive invoices for Azure cloud service? Can I not pay this invoice? Attached PDF is the invoice from Microsoft email. Looking forward to your help and reply.

From the details you mentioned, I do understand that you have been billed for the Azure subscription that is currently in disabled state. For these kind of issue, we need to perform billing validation to understand that cost and investigate your account details to ensure the subscription is actually disabled from the backend. The best way to handle this issue, is to contact Azure billing and subscription management team by raising a support ticket. The ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a quick resolution to your issue.
