Request to reimburse invoice billing for Azure Cloud service

I need help. I have received invoice with invoice number G009859796 through my outlook email dated on 11-April-2022 for the Azure usage for the past 2 months, but I have not been using this Cloud service. In fact, I found my account in Azure has been disabled. Can you tell me why do I still receive invoices for Azure cloud service? Can I not pay this invoice? Attached PDF is the invoice from Microsoft email. Looking forward to your help and reply.
