Power point freeze sometime using Office365

Hi,
Good Morning.!

We have just upgraded our Office version from office 2016 Professional to Microsoft 365 apps but since upgradation some users have reported that sometime PowerPoint get freeze while working. user can change the slide but it cannot edit or save file. I have tried to update it but its says already having the latest version. Can anyone suggest how to fix it.

    Hi @Rakesh kumar ,
    Did this problem only appear in PowerPoint?
    As you said this problem is appeared after upgrading to Office 365, I suggest you try to run a completely uninstall in PC to help clean all versions of Office in PC.
