Azure AD B2C | Phone Number sign in passwordless scenario

When I try to sign in using my phone number and OTP, I am unable to see sign in logs. I am using custom policy starter for implementing the flows.
I am able to see sign in logs for users signing in via email, but not phone number

How can I resolve this ?
Is there anywhere where I can learn how to write custom policies so that I know the meaning of all Tags and details ?

    What you're looking for may be out of view. Please let me know if it's still not showing for you.
