Multiple language audio tracks in Azure Media Services

Hi there,

I'm considering using Azure Media Services for a VOD platform I'm building, but I can't find any way to add multiple language audio tracks to an HLS or DASH file. The idea is to encode an mp4 file to use adaptative streaming with several audio tracks, one per language, from audio files such as .wav. I can't see any way to do this using the UI of the Azure portal and couldn't find any information or example of how to do it using the SDK.

Is this possible? I think this is very basic functionality of a streaming platform. If it is possible, how can I do it?

Thanks for the question. I believe it is possible to do based on this similar thread but only

"when using the Smooth Streaming ingest protocol from a high end encoder like an Elemental or Media Excel.
RTMP protocol does NOT support multiple languages of audio on ingest, and that protocol wont likely ever get any updates - since it is pretty much deprecated by Adobe.
The downside of this is that you would need a pretty high end and expensive live encoder to achieve the workflow of live with multiple tracks of audio today."

I believe that post is talking about live streaming, not VOD. Both HLS and Dash support multiple audio tracks, and I can see there is an example in the Azure Media Player demos, but how to encode it?
