O365 - move public folder to new public folder mailbox

When I create a new public folder in O365, it's automatically putting it into one of my other Public Folder mailboxes.

I've tried to delete and re-create it, and I'm never prompted for the mailbox location. I've tried moving it with the old on-premises Powershell commands, but those don't work with O365.

I've tried the set- commands that are supposed to work with O365, and those don't work either.

What am I missing?

    It doesnt work with https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/exchange/new-publicfolder?view=exchange-ps ?

    New-PublicFolder -Name Support -Mailbox <PFMBX>  

    Exchange Online handles that all for you though really.
