We have opened a ticket to resolve this, removed any connectors, and all unauthorized emails, and disabled all domains with the exception of our default and sister company. We have entered a support ticket 6 days ago. My question is why is it that when we requested this be escalated we have not been contacted by the engineer or anyone of significance why would this issue take so many days to resolve?
