Trouble Fixing WACK App Package Creation Failures

I have an app which works fine when debugging, but when creating the App Package it fails several of the "Deployment and launch tests". The info & links in the "How to fix:" sections are completely useless (they pretty much just state the obvious), so I am not sure how to fix these problems (or even what is causing them). What should I do?

    The WACK test contains a number of tests that help ensure your app is ready to be published to the Microsoft Store. What's the error report looks like?
