As we understand the ask here is how to do a performance tuning of SQL VM while working with ADF , please do let us know if its not accurate.
As I understand that you can have one of two options
- If you are already having an ADF pipeline created and have SQL VM source and you are facing a performnace issues . There are lot of resource ,you can read more - You are trying to develop a pipeline and try to know as to how to make it perform better . If thats the case You can read this . Though it calls out Azure SQL , this should apply for SQL VM also .
