What do you mean about "generat"?
And do you mean that you can't send all emails or some specific emails?
On the other hand, does this issue occur recently? If so, have you done any specific operations before that?
In order to further confirm if your issue is related to Outlook client, please try to log in to web mail and do the same test to check if the issue still exists.
If everything is ok on web mail, what's the version of your Outlook? (File > Office Account > About Outlook). Please make sure you have upgraded your Outlook to the latest version.
In terms of Outlook client, it's suggested that you could try to use the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant to check if there're any problems, which works by running tests to figure out what's wrong and offers the best solution for the identified problem.
In addition, as I know, there are many factors that make outlook unable to send mail, such as outlook disconnection, unstable network connection, blocking of antivirus programs, damage of outlook profile, etc. Please refer to the official documents and follow the steps to troubleshoot: I can't send or receive messages in Outlook.
