    The music is free for your personal usage but if you intend to share your videos on the web you will have to pay taxes to respect laws

    Hi Kylie,

    I'm an Independent Advisor here to help.

    I believe they are, there is absolutely no reason for Microsoft to provide music in their software and not for you to use. But you should be able to use them and upload to YouTube, and the like.
