This is a known issue for which there isn't yet a direct fix. It is tracked on the Visual Studio feedback site as: Visual Studio 2022 17.1.1 iOS simulator black screen
All workarounds involve not running the simulator remotely - either debug directly on the Mac, run the simulator on the Mac and drive it from Windows, or debug a physical device. You can pair one of these with an app to remote into the Mac desktop from your Windows machine.
