I cannot open the files on desktop apps


HI, I cannot open the files on desktop apps **(PPT,word, Excel). **Also desktop apps cannot open files from sharepoint.

Process: I have login all MCS apps with my biz account. But Every time when when open teams file in desktop apps, will let me login again under the private account which I used before. I click use another account and log in biz account, will skip a window tells cannot oppen.

    Where do the files (cannot open in app) locate? Is there any unique settings on them?

    Please check if there are any updates of Office. You can update your Office applications in the following ways: Open Excel -> File -> Account ->Update Options ->Update Now.

    If your Office has been updated to the latest version, you can also try the following methods:
    1.Repairing Office from the Control Panel:
    Go to Control Panel -> Programs -> right-click on Office applications’ icon -> Change -> Online Repair.
    2.Opening Office apps in safe mode to check whether there is an add-in or extension that may be causing a problem on startup.
    3.Performing a clean boot in Windows determine whether a background program is interfering with your Office application.
