Accessibility issue: Narrator is not reading label for radio button in table

Hi Team,

I have a query related to Narrator behavior.

Narrator is not reading label for radio button in table.

Attached sample screenshot of NVDA for reference. Here "Inspection ID" is label for radio button in table, but Narrator is not reading.(Attachment 1)

When I tried adding one more column then Narrator is reading "Inspection ID" label but not reading "Test" label(Attachment 2)

As per my understanding if we have multiple form elements in table Narrator is not reading label for last column element.

Can you pls let me know if this is default behavior of Narrator

Hello

Thank you for your question and reaching out.

I can understand you are facing issue in Narrator.

Please note that NVDA app is third party app and its managed by "NV Access Limited "

Hence I would suggest you to get in touch with them about this Narrator issue while using their NVDA app

Thanks for Your response.

I just want to understand one thing here. I just provided NVDA screenshot for reference. This issue is only with Narrator. Just wanted to know is it the default behavior of Narrator?

I am little confused here on approaching "NV Access Limited" as they work on NVDA issues but this is Narrator one

Can you pls help me with this?
