Emojis not Appearing on Teams

My emojis are gone! Been this way for 2 days.

Not able to use emoji reactions. However, I can react to someone else reaction.

When I start my own thread, no emojis there either...

I have tried the following and nothing has worked.

  • Signing out and then back in again.
  • Switching from dark to normal mode (and signing out and in).
  • Ticked "Disable GPU hardware acceleration (requires restarting Teams)" and restarting (along with signing out and in).
  • Turned off Windows firewall (to see if it was blocking it) and turned off all Windows Defender and AV (Sophos).
  • Reinstalling the Teams app.

In running Windows 10 Pro - Version 1909 - OS build 18363.657.

The online version is behaving the exact same way.

I'm really at a loss here Microsoft! Please help!
