Creating a new guest user that only has a read-only access to our Power Apps

We would like to create a guest user that can log in to our Power Apps and have read-only access to it.

What I've done so far:

  1. Created a new Guest User on Azure AD
  2. Under Groups, I gave him access to the Sharepoint list associated with the Power Apps

He can now access the Sharepoint list, however, when trying to edit the Power Apps behind it, he doesn't get access to the App.

Is this possible?

Hi @Fareed J , thanks for your question. Please review these two documents:

Did you only change the permissions in Azure AD? You most likely also need to configure the guest permissions within Power Apps. In Azure AD, what permissions did you assign? You must assign both read and write permissions.

If these suggestions don't work, please open a thread on the Power Apps forum. I beleive this is more related to Power Apps than AAD.

Please let me know if you have any questions!

If this answer helped you please mark it as "Verified" so other users can reference it.

    Thank you,
    James
