Where can I reset my Access code for the Microsoft Certification Member site

Hello,

I completed my Microsoft Office Specialist certification a couple of months ago.

However, when I attempt to access the Microsoft Learning Benefits and Exams Dashboard, it says: "Unfortunately, this access code has expired. Microsoft takes the security of your information very seriously, so access codes are only active for a limited number of days. You may request a new access code from the login page."

When I try requesting a new temporary access code, I get this message "We regret that we were unable to confirm your information in our system. Please confirm that your MC ID, first name, last name and e-mail address are correct, and then try again. Please note that the e-mail address must be the same address used on your MCP profile."

I have made sure that the information I entered is correct but it does not seem to work. How can I go about accessing my account on the Microsoft Certification Member site as I need to download the PDF of my certification.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
