Issues with Form Recognizer studio on Azure

Question

As per you suggested I started looking into Form Recognizer Studio from Azure but I am facing problem while Create a Project on Form Recognizer Studio on Azure. Can you please help me out to resolve this error So I can move forward and can start using the Form Recognizer Studio

I am getting below error as soon as I am clicking on Create Project button on Form Recognizer Studio

And when I am clicking on Cancel it took me out of the page and return to the Home Page. Also I have a Contributor Permission on the root of Blob Storage on Azure .
Can you please help me out to resolve this error.

2) Second question I have Is there any way to create Common Project on Form Recognizer Studio on Azure?

So right now when we logged in using our Account it is creating project under your “My Projects” on your account which is just limited to you no one else can access this project as it’s under your account So I was wandering if there is any way to create Common Projects on Form Recognizer Studio So that not only me my other Team members can also access that Project without my Account info.
