Remote desktop hangs up when having infrared face recognition camera connected but starting first by rdp after power on
I have a logitech brio 4k connected to my windows 11 pc (Intel nuc 10th gen). The driver is from windows update directly which is windows certified.
Windows hallo face recognition is set up.
When I try to log on from RDP directly after system boot instead of log on in front of the camera first and then connect by rdp afterwards, the session hangs up and the PC stops to respond to all usb peripherals including mouse, keyboard etc.
I don't have this problem on another PC which is a laptop with an integrated infrared face recognition camera installed originally (don't know which brand or manufacturer).
I think something conflicting between the logitech brio 4k and the usb controller driver when running RDP during the face recognition function is active and running.
If I unplug the camera and reboot the NUC, connecting from rdp client the problem is gone.
Can you see whether this is a bug in the rdp service or the drivers?
