I didn't get my AZ-305 azure certificate

Hey,

I passed the AZ-305 2nd of April saturday. I wanted to download my last certificate. When I open the dashboard I found a message saying 'Congratulations on passing Exam AZ-305', but when I select certificate I found only the one that I got in 4 years back.

I saw the message saying 'Please note it can take up to 48 hours after achieving a certification for the certificate to be generated.' But it has been four days since I passed the exam. Is this normal?
