Hello i was not attended az-900 exam due to i didn't get any email to join the exam can you please suggest what is the process to reschedule it again

Hello Team,
I was unable to take the Az-900 exam today due to technical difficulties, that support team were not able to see my recordings. Pearson VUE team have raised the support ticket with support ticket ID: 07908652
I even tried calling the support contact:0008004401837, but no one answered the call.
You can find from the backend too that I have not taken the exam today, the only reason for not taking the exam was due to technical issues.
As this exam is very important to me for my career growth & I have got full discount for this AZ-900 from my organization Mindtree Ltd. As I was not able to take the exam due to technical issues, I want the discount money to be back refunded to my next exam & I need next chance as first chance to take this exam as I could not take the exam today.
Pleas consider my request & please do send the link to reschedule the exam as first attempt as I was not able to take the exam today at the given time.
