Exams error scheduling on Microsoft Dashboard

Question

Dear Microsoft,

I have already passed my AI 900 and DP 900. However, the exams are still appearing on my dashbaord.
How can that be possible?

At first I schedule my exams in May and June. But afterwards, I have resheduled them in April and have already passed them
