Completed my renowal yesterday for the 2nd time, still promted today to renew

Hi,

Yesterday I successfully completed Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate renewal for the 2nd time in a week.
However I didn't receive any confirmation mail like last year, but today I received mail to renew certification.
Yesterday I made printscreen of my profile after completing the exam, where it is visiable time of exam and result.

I would appreciate any assistance in this matter.
