I have two Microsoft 365 accounts! How do I merger them?

I believe I was duped by GoDaddy, Inc. into buying an additional subscription in order to have my website (domain name) and email address. Now I have my one drive which is full of important data with GoDaddy and almost nothing in my original 365 account. This goes for emails and contacts as well for Outlook. Can someone please help me???

    Hello Gary S

Hi, I'm Karl and will be happy to help you today.

First, just so there is no misunderstanding, this is a public user-to-user support forum. We're users helping other users. We do not work for Microsoft and have no access to any user account so there is nothing we can do or check from within the forum. We have no input on Microsoft's policies, procedures, or design decisions.

With that said, unfortunately there is no mechanism whereby you can merge accounts. It is simply not possible

    The only option would be

#1 -To configure both accounts in the Outlook desktop program and manually move the data from one account to the other or you could export one mailbox and import it into the other using the Outlook Export / Import process.

Export or backup email, contacts, and calendar to an Outlook .pst file https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/export-or-backup-email-contacts-and-calendar-to-an-outlook-pst-file-14252b52-3075-4e9b-be4e-ff9ef1068f91

Import email, contacts, and calendar from an Outlook .pst file https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/import-email-contacts-and-calendar-from-an-outlook-pst-file-431a8e9a-f99f-4d5f-ae48-ded54b3440ac

#2 - As far as your OneDrive files go, you can use the mover tool

    https://mover.io/index.html

In short, there is no one-step migration process from one account to another.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask, we're here to help you further if needed.
