Windows 11 my win32 application stops randomly

Sanjay Kanade 116 Reputation points

This problem only appears on Windows 11. My own developed application stops randomly. Even the users have reported this problem occurring only on Windows 11. I'm not able to find any event in the event viewer even if I view immediately after the stop and refresh it. How to go about diagnosing this problem?

I'm not sure where I'm supposed to post this question so that I can get an answer from the proper Windows 11 developer group in Microsoft.

You can enable the system to monitor for silent process exit. See Monitoring Silent Process Exit. When this is enabled the system can issue a notification and write an entry to the event log.

For an example of the event log entry, see my suggested answer in this thread -- visual-basic-project-exits-after-15-seconds-withou.html
