Exchange 2016 / Office365

I have an end-user that we are testing and we migrated the user to O365 from Exchange 2016 and now he isn't receiving emails but can send.
He/We uninstall MS Office 2019 and then installed O365.

Any help is appreciated.

To narrow down this issue, I want to confirm with you:

  • Does the sender receive any NDR when sending emails to this migrated mailbox?

  • Whether other Office 365 mailbox could receive email successfully?

  • How do you migrate mailbox from Exchange 2016 to Office 365?

I would suggest double checking the email address for this migrated mailbox from Exchange online, then try to enter the email address manually when sending emails.

Have you check your connectors ? Is there a migration with an hybrid mode ?
