Forms app in Teams inconsistent behavior

Hello Teams Community,

Please i need your help on this issue.

We are having an issue following the instructions in this article:

Instructions work perfectly fine for most of the meetings in all teams/channels except for one specific meeting in a channel in a team.

When adding the app, I only have the option to add a specific poll/quiz. It does not add the tabs Polls to the scheduled meeting.

When asked to add the app to the meeting, the specific meeting does not pop-up

    Hi @IBN

    Are you using channel meeting to add apps?

    If so, this is a default behavior. Teams only supports polls for personal meetings. Polls currently aren’t supported for channel meetings or live events. For more details, you could refer to:
