Not receiving requests to reschdule meetings

I do not receive an email or notification when someone asks to reschedule a meeting I have sent. I have checked my junk and spam folder to see if the emails are being redirected but nothing appears there either.

Any help would be great.

    Hi @Lana

    Thanks for the detailed information.
To narrow down this issue, I would like to first confirm with you:
Are you using Exchange on-premises or Exchange Online (Office 365) as email service?

If you have an Exchange (email) admin in your organization, please contact the admin to have a check if he can find something in the message tracking log (Exchange on-premises) or message trace(Exchange online).
If the recipient did send out the reschedule email, it should be logged in the log.

Below is an example in Exchange Online>Message trace:

Hello, @Lana , make sure that you didn't add Delegate and have not selected 'Send meeting requests and responses only to my delegates, not to me'.

File > Account setting > delegate access.

Also, the problem can be caused by auto-accepting the reschedules in your calendar. You can also see if the permissions on your calendar are not 'Author'. In this case, someone can open your calendar with the help of 'Open a Shared Calendar' and reschedule the meeting directly in your account. In this situation, you will not receive any notifications.

Here you can find a similar thread on your issue.

My last recommendation is to use a Microsoft 365 data backup software and in case of any unpredictable situations to recover your app data. Here you can find more information https://www.nakivo.com/microsoft-office-365-backup/
