Databricks user creating Cluster and Workspace gets deactivated -> consequences?

We are running databricks workspaces and clusters which are tagged to a user that will get deactivated next month. I see no way of "changing ownership" of the cluster or workspace which references this user email. Will there be any consequences of this user becoming de-activated, do we need to do any changes or set up NEW resources in someone elses name? Thanks!
