    Hi NathanaelUDTS12-0140,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A.
    How are things going?
Please also try to go to Windows System32 folder and find SQLServerManager10.msc file to open SQL Server Configuration Manager. You can also add it to Microsoft Management Console display.
Please refer to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/sql/sql-server-2008/ms174212(v=sql.100) and https://blog.sqlauthority.com/2019/03/01/sql-server-sql-server-configuration-manager-missing-from-start-menu/ for more information.

    Best Regards,
    Amelia
